is there a way to delete log entries?
should one do that, or does stockfinder auto delete them by time?

Here is a solution but may not be elegant...
Locate the log file on your C drive by the name : stockFinderApp.log
Example:
C:\Documents and Settings\USER\Application Data\Worden Brothers, Inc\StockFinder\4.0.83.16914\stockfinderapp.log
Rename the file or delete it after shutting down the StockFinder application.
A new file with the same name will be created when you restart the app.

WinXP.
Start and Stop StockFinder App.
Search for *.log and limit File-Modify-date to today.
You should be able to narrow down the log file from the list.

kd,
I'm not going to suggest deleting anything. My logfile in Vista is located at:
C:\Users\(Windows Login)\AppData\Roaming\Worden Brothers, Inc.\StockFinder\4.0.83.16914\stockFinderApp.log
