Can I scan for the ohlc, meaning the entire bar, all above 10 sma of high for two consecutive days?

I've created a chart for you which includes the rule you've described. You can find it within the Charts section of the Share library. Click the white envelope icon of the menu within StockFinder. Then select 'browse other users shared items'. Within the Charts tab search for 'piyushk'.
Once the chart is open, you can manipulate it by adding required indicators or may choose to modify the settings of any plot. Click the red rule to implement it as a Scan, Filter, column, etc. The chart can be saved once you've made required changes.
