How can I select Stocks which have a Relative Strength > 90 compared to SP-500?

Welcome to the forums. A very good foundation for learning how to use TeleChart can be gained by reviewing the following:

If you are new to TeleChart READ THIS FIRST!

- Select New | New EasyScan.
- Select Add New Condition | Relative Strength 1-Yr (vs SP-500) | Value: 90 to Max | OK | Save.
- Give the EasyScan a name and select OK.

you can also sort by price growth rate 1yr , the top 20 are outperformers
