Raymond:

Think about investing companies with holdings in or near china, not chinese companies themself. Few chinese companies if any are capable of turning a profit. If you search "American Companies in China" the chinese chamber of commerce has a list of all foreign companies doing business in china.
Note most of the companies are partnered with chinese companies in order to get into china.

Do your research on those companies. The ones with successful business strategies will show significant improvement on the NOI.

But beware!!! It is well documented that chinas top companies don't respect intellectual property rights, copyrights, or patents and knock offs at lower prices have forced many companies into negative earnings on their china operations or they have quietly scaled back there investments in china or left china

Remember that communism is based on systematic plunder, not private property rights. Only the sharpest of foreign entrapneurs will succeed in making money off china.
