On my XP machine , on down load I received a full screen with a chart of T2115, no watch list is avaiable. Nothing else is avaiable. It was last donloaded on 2/o8/2005 at 10:26. My ME machine downloaded correctly and works properly.

First make certain the program is not just in large chart mode. You can toggle this on and off by pressing CTRL + L on your keyboard. If this is not the case, there should be a Grey line that separates your charts from the text. If you rest your mouse cursor on that line it will point both left and right. Press and hold down your left mouse button, and drag that line towards the right. You will see that the white area will expand.

Since we don't provide tech support on the forums, you will need to contact technical support if that doesn't work. All e-mail communication sent to support@worden.com during business hours (Monday through Friday 9AM-11PM and Saturday and Sunday 9AM-3PM ET) should be answered within 20 minutes of arrival. For an even quicker response to tech support questions, we recommend calling our voice line at (919) 408-0542 (there is no phone support on Sundays or after 9PM ET on weekdays).
