Would it be possible to list the details of Sir Forward Trackers easy scans published in today's notes? Not good at writing my own scans.

The conditions are not stated in enough detail for me to reproduce the EasyScans.
BOP net change today zero to positive:
BOP - BOP1 >= 0
21 day TSV has risen steadily over the last 13 days (13>8>5>today):
It isn't stated if the TSV is Simple or Exponential:
Simple:
TSV21.13 > TSV21.8 AND TSV21.8 > TSV21.5 AND TSV21.5 > TSV21
Exponential:
XAVG(TSV1.13,21) > XAVG(TSV1.8,21) AND XAVG(TSV1.8,21) > XAVG(TSV1.5,21) AND XAVG(TSV1.5,21) > XAVG(TSV,21)
MS is rising:
He doesn't state over what period, but here is a 1-Period comparison:
MS > MS1.1
ROC of the 21 day MA of price is increasing:
Again, the period over which this increase is happening is not specified. The Rate of Change Period is not specified. He also does not indicate if the Moving Average is Simple or Exponential:
The following are 1-Period Comparisons using a 1-Period ROC:
Simple:
AVGC21 - 2 * AVGC21.1 + AVGC21.2 > 0
Exponential:
XAVGC21 - 2 * XAVGC21.1 + XAVGC21.2 > 0
Dollar volume percentile rank is 38 to 99 (this value set according to my own trading volume limits):
Just use the built in Dollar Volume System Criteria set to specified Rank in the EasyScan Rangefinder.
A second scan simply flips these relationships to look for promising sell candidates (BOP net change negative, TSV & MS falling, ROC decreasing, same dollar volume rankings):
BOP net change today negative to zero:
BOP - BOP1 <= 0
21 day TSV has fallen steadily over the last 13 days (13>8>5>today):
It isn't stated if the TSV is Simple or Exponential:
Simple:
TSV21.13 < TSV21.8 AND TSV21.8 < TSV21.5 AND TSV21.5 < TSV21
Exponential:
XAVG(TSV1.13,21) < XAVG(TSV1.8,21) AND XAVG(TSV1.8,21) < XAVG(TSV1.5,21) AND XAVG(TSV1.5,21) < XAVG(TSV,21)
MS is falling:
He doesn't state over what period, but here is a 1-Period comparison:
MS < MS1.1
ROC of the 21 day MA of price is decreasing:
Again, the period over which this increase is happening is not specified. The Rate of Change Period is not specified. He also does not indicate if the Moving Average is Simple or Exponential:
The following are 1-Period Comparisons using a 1-Period ROC:
Simple:
AVGC21 - 2 * AVGC21.1 + AVGC21.2 < 0
Exponential:
XAVGC21 - 2 * XAVGC21.1 + XAVGC21.2 < 0
The third and fourth scans are identical in structure but use 13 bar windows instead of 21.
13 day TSV has risen steadily over the last 13 days (13>8>5>today):
It isn't stated if the TSV is Simple or Exponential:
Simple:
TSV13.13 > TSV13.8 AND TSV13.8 > TSV13.5 AND TSV13.5 > TSV13
Exponential:
XAVG(TSV1.13,13) > XAVG(TSV1.8,13) AND XAVG(TSV1.8,13) > XAVG(TSV1.5,13) AND XAVG(TSV1.5,13) > XAVG(TSV,13)
ROC of the 13 day MA of price is increasing:
Again, the period over which this increase is happening is not specified. The Rate of Change Period is not specified. He also does not indicate if the Moving Average is Simple or Exponential:
The following are 1-Period Comparisons using a 1-Period ROC:
Simple:
AVGC13 - 2 * AVGC13.1 + AVGC13.2 > 0
Exponential:
XAVGC13 - 2 * XAVGC13.1 + XAVGC13.2 > 0

It isn't stated if the TSV is Simple or Exponential:

Exponential:
XAVG(TSV1.13,13) < XAVG(TSV1.8,13) AND XAVG(TSV1.8,13) < XAVG(TSV1.5,13) AND XAVG(TSV1.5,13) < XAVG(TSV,13)

XAVG(TSV1.13,21) > XAVG(TSV1.8,21) AND XAVG(TSV1.8,21) > XAVG(TSV1.5,21) AND XAVG(TSV1.5,21) > XAVGTSV,21)
Eavesdropped on your conversation here. I keep getting a syntax error on this formula. Nothing obvious to me Can you take a look? Thanks Beth

beld, It is missing a parenthesis in "XAVGTSV,21)". This has been corrected in the original post.

Bruce,
You have TSV rising and falling reversed, but from reading the Report probably for good reason.
For the PCF:
AVGC21 - 2*AVGC21.1 + AVGC21.2 > 0
some may prefer the more revealing equivalent form:
C0-C1-C21+C22 > 0
Thanks, Jim Murphy

bustermu, I didn't even think about the fact that it was backwards when I created the formulas. I just took the "(13>8>5>today)" portion of "21 day TSV has risen steadily over the last 13 days (13>8>5>today)" and wrote it out.
As stated earlier, the conditions are not stated in enough detail for me to reproduce the EasyScans. Any additional clarification will have to come from Sir Forward Tracker.
