Is there anything that I can use to plot EPS on a chart (I assume through SnapSheets?)

You can with the Bar Chart Tool in the Blocks Player (formally SnapSheets).
The study you want is in the Hemscott folder (Hemscott Raw Criteria). You can use the QuickEdit to change it from Capitalization to any Hemscott criteria (including EPS)
Add it using the ADD STUDY button
