For your price per share and volume use the technique taught here:

Using EasyScan to find stocks that meet your own criteria

A few questions on "have a movement of $1.00 or more up or down per day"

Is this average daily move from high to low each day? If so, over how many days should we look?

Is this the minimum daily moved from high to low each day? If so, over how many days should we look?

Review this video: How to create a Personal Criteria Forumula (PCF)

Then create and calculate this PCF:

Min Move Daily (20-day) >1

H-L>1 AND
H1-L1>1 AND
H2-L2>1 AND
H3-L3>1 AND
H4-L4>1 AND
H5-L5>1 AND
H6-L6>1 AND
H7-L7>1 AND
H8-L8>1 AND
H9-L9>1 AND
H10-L10>1 AND
H11-L11>1 AND
H12-L12>1 AND
H13-L13>1 AND
H14-L14>1 AND
H15-L15>1 AND
H16-L16>1 AND
H17-L17>1 AND
H18-L18>1 AND
H19-L19>1

Now go through the procedure shown in the EasyScan video to limit your Price and Volume then just add this PCF to your EasyScan and you should be set!
