In searching for guidance on analysis and interpretation of the TC Data Sheets I find nothing in the books & videos or discussion. Is anything available?

What specifically don't you understand? The data sheet is a table format of the various fundamental and technical ratios used in telechart easyscans and PCFs.

The value column is just that--the current value of the data in question. The percentile rank tells you how it fares against other stocks in the database. The higher the percentile, the more stocks in the database which have a lower value.
