Confused discussion on MFI and CMF discussion

I bought a technical analysis book and was very intrigued by the Chaikin Money Flow (CMF) and Money Flow Index (MFI) after doing a search on the forums I found a couple of threads but I got totally confused on what PCF's that I found go with with what Indicator. If someone can indicate what is the PCF for MFI and CMF I would appreicat it. These are the one's I found:

((2*C-L-H)/(H-L)*V +
(2*C1-L1-H1)/(H1-L1)*V1 + (2*C19-L19-H19)/(H19-L19)*V19 +
(2*C20-L20-H20)/(H20-L20)*V20
) / (AvgV21 * 21) for Ticker UFCS it goes up to a value of .45

and another one is

Please try the following formula for Chaiken Money Flow (I think it is your first formula with the missing bits filled in):
