 I read some of the news on this stock and sounds very good.Is this the start of a great up tic on CACS.. any thoughts on this one.....

smells , sounds , and walks like a duck so it must be a duck [ winner ]

any good fundamentals ? how far it can go ? may be PW has a word on it in a day or two.
