I was on the webinar Tuesday night with Dr. Wish.  He said part of his methodology used the number of new highs and I believe he said he got this from Telechart.  I see market indicators like "new high / new low ratio" (T2117) but don't see a way to get the raw number.  How did he do that?  TIA.

If you create a Personal Criteria Formula for a New High:

How to create a Personal Criteria Forumula (PCF)

New 252-Day High:

H > MAXH251.1

New 52-Week High (Rolling 5-Trading Day Weeks):

MAXH5 > MAXH255.5

Then you could use it as an EasyScan Condition. The number of items in the EasyScan would be the number of symbols with a New High.

Using EasyScan to find stocks that meet your own criteria

Another thing he looks at is how many stocks are higher today than the new high list 10 days ago; > 100 is bullish.

You would again create a Personal Criteria Formula:

H > H10 AND H10 > MAXH251.11

And use it as an EasyScan Condition. The number of items in the EasyScan is the number symbols making a New 252-Bar High 10-Bars Ago with a Higher High for the current Bar than when it made the New High 10-Bars Ago.
