I would like to find stocks that are doing the following:
On a 5-min Chart, in the first hour to hour and 10min... (between 10 to 32 bars)
1. A series of higher lows (not every one, but maybe 70% of them are higher lows)
2. A series of lower highs (not every one, but maybe 70% of them are lower highs)
3. Overall the ranges of the bars (highs-lows) has been getting smaller (not every one, maybe 60% of them)
I think many of them would end up looking like triangles forming in the first hour of the day.
Can you help me make a condition to light up these stocks with scan lights?

Yes, it is doing it exactly as you say. Your clarity cleared my mind and everything is working "as advertised." Thank you kindly.

How do I get information into a second column below an upper column?
When I create an empty column on the second row it doesn't want to fill it. Any new info goes into a new column created by itself on the top row.
This is very frustrating.

I would like to have the relatively new issue VMW show up in my EasyScan Universe, but it does not have 90 days worth of volume yet, as no new issue would. It will show up using 5-Day or 1-Day volume but that does not paint a very broad picture- picking up a lot of "jackrabbits" as it were. Why is there no 30-day criterion, or how would you create an EasyScan for stocks reliably 400K or more daily volume for a month? Many thanks.

Everytime I quit TeleChart, whether by the File>Exit menu or clicking the X box on the upper right, I get an error message: "TC Net has encountered a problem and needs to close." It stops abruptly and is followed by a "Do I want to send an error report to Microsoft" dialog box.Why is this happening and why won't it shut down properly? Many thanks.

I've got my "universe" of stocks EasyScan but would like to add a few stocks to it. How do I do that so they stay on the list?
Many thanks.

Bruce, many thanks for your prodigous effort (!) It is much appreciated. The MAs show up perfectly. I am not so sure about the MACDs - maybe I am looking at them incorrectly - but I will work with it (them). You have given me a huge leg up. THANKS AGAIN.

Bruce- thank you for your extensive work (!) In answer to your questions: >>Would checking for the first time SMA4 and SMA8 are both above (or below in the reverse case) SMA20 work (it is a much shorter formula)? >> the answer is yes. shorter is better.
>>Do both MACDs need to cross zero at the same sic. time>> I would say yes, or very closely thereabouts- this would be a rare occurance I would think, esp. in view of the earlier SMAs being crossed. Again, thanks for your effort.

Simple MAs, crossing up. MACD crossing up through zero. (two PCFs)
Would it be a gigantic effort to reverse it too- having it show the downside?
Thanks, Jared

How would I write a PCF showing MA4 crossing MA8, and than both crossing MA20?
Finally, could one run those stocks against a PCF finding MACD34,144,14 and MACD19,39,9 both crossing 0?
Many thanks.
