Can you write the pcf for this calculation?

%R = (Highest high over x periods - close / highest high over x periods - Lowest low over x periods) X -100

x= 14 days
Your response is greatly appreciated.

I would like to create an indicator with nasdaq up volume quvol and nasdaq down volume qdvol and apply 10 day ma with the importance of the crossing of the indicators. I can select quvol and apply ma and use qdvol as a comparison but I would like to save it as so I do not have to do the above everytime I wish to view it. Thank you in advance. By the way Happy Thanksgivings.....
Topic: TSV in Histogram

I don't know if this is possible but it doesn't hurt to ask. TSV centered around 0 line. When below 0 line it is red and when positive it would be green. Instead of like MACD Histogram if it could show the positive and or negative convergence with the size and color of the bars on both sides of the 0 line. Like I said I don't know if this is possible but I think in my mind that the ease of seeing the positive to negative convergence would be easier to comprehend and maybe put a TSV ma on this momemtum oscillator that might signal a buy or sell. Thanks

Thanks for reply. The TSV was supposed to be TSV10. Will RSI21.9 > 50 help indicate with a strong trend. Once again thanks.

As a member now for 3 months I am trying to create a strong scan for buying stocks. I realize no indicator by itself will work all the time but it actuality the transition from shall I say low to high moneystream, bop, ma's, obv seem to work best. Check this pcf and let me know what you guys think.Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.
C2 > XAVGC10.2 AND C1 > XAVGC10.1 AND C > XAVGC10 AND BOP10.2 < BOP1.1 AND BOP1.1 < BOP1 AND TSV1.2 < TSV1.1 AND TSV1.1 < TSV1 AND RSI20.9 >= 50 AND MS10.2 < MS10.1 AND MS10.1 < MS10 AND BOP10.5 < BOP10.4 AND BOP10.3 < BOP10.2 AND BOP10.1 < BOP10 AND OBV10.3 < OBV10.2 AND OBV10.1 < OBV10
