Could you help in providing a Hull moving average of 378?

I am not 100% sure, but will this equate to a Hull 18 period on a montly chart?

I was trying to make a boolean of
 
(Avg(AvgC4,42)-Avg(AvgC28,42)) > Avg( Avg(AvgC4,42)-Avg(AvgC28,42), 21 )
 
and applying what you just provided, the result always came back as FALSE.
 
(Avg(AvgC4,42)-Avg(AvgC28,42))>
((6 * (AVG(AVGC42,21) + AVG(AVGC42.1,21) + AVG(AVGC42.2,21) + AVG(AVGC42.3,21)) - AVG(AVGC42.4,21) - AVG(AVGC42.5,21) - AVG(AVGC42.6,21) - AVG(AVGC42.7,21) - AVG(AVGC42.8,21) - AVG(AVGC42.9,21) - AVG(AVGC42.10,21) - AVG(AVGC42.11,21) - AVG(AVGC42.12,21) - AVG(AVGC42.13,21) - AVG(AVGC42.14,21) - AVG(AVGC42.15,21) - AVG(AVGC42.16,21) - AVG(AVGC42.17,21) - AVG(AVGC42.18,21) - AVG(AVGC42.19,21) - AVG(AVGC42.20,21) - AVG(AVGC42.21,21) - AVG(AVGC42.22,21) - AVG(AVGC42.23,21) - AVG(AVGC42.24,21) - AVG(AVGC42.25,21) - AVG(AVGC42.26,21) + AVG(AVGC42.27,21)) / 28)

I think it came out to:

((C0+C7+3*(C1+C6)+5*(C2+C5)+6*(C3+C4))/30-Avg(AvgC19.0,5))

I wish it something much simpler than the equation above.

Please correct me if I am wrong!
