Say that I want to know if today's up-volume is higher than any down-volume day over the past 10 trading days, and conversely if today's down-volume is higher than any up-volume day over the past 10 trading days.

Last week Craig referred me to the MACD training video which indicates that you can scroll down at the end to view example pcf's. However, at the end of the video, I can't scroll to view the pcf's.

Is there a way to write a PCF for MACD (13,26,1) crossing up over it 50-day MA?
