is omnitrader currently able to use tc 2000 data?

I have not used this system of communication for years and I did a double post.
One of them said locked for double posting, so I replied with the other with a thank you and did not see it posted. Am I banned or something, did I miss the thank you post or does it take some time to post?
Let me know please. also do I click on the "post" below or the "post reply" further down. I have used both and somtimes on does not work.

I want TC-2000 to scan the stocks in its system to look for stocks whose last price is less than 10% more than its lowest previous price within the past 5 years.
The 10% and the 5 years are the variables

I want a list of all stocks whereby their todays price, are no more than 10% above their lowest price over a specified period. Like 5 years maybe
