Bruce,

Do you know if the capability to create market indicators will become part of TC2000 as it looks like Stockfinder will not continually developed/supported over the long term.

thanks

In TC2000, is there some way to determine which desktop is currently open.  I do not seem to be able to find the name of my open desktop anywhere in the TC2000 window.

Topic: Paint Scheme for Market Indicator
Posted: Monday, August 1, 2011 3:54:11 PM
One more basic question, I have created a market indictor based on a condition and have it plotted as a bar chart.  I would now like to color certain bars if there value exceeds a certain amount.  I created a condition to do this but when I drag and drop the condition onto the market indicator, it does not change the bar color.  I have chosen both methods of "paint" and "paint scheme".  I also watched the training video but am still confused.  Is dragging and dropping the correct method?

Thanks again

Topic: summation of market indicator

I have created a market indicator which counts the number of stocks on a watchlist (all US common stocks for example) which pass a condition on a daily basis (like up more than X% on a given day). I would not like to sum the daily counts over the previous 10 days and plot this as a new or child indicator. I can easily plot a 10 day moving average but do not want the average in this case, I only want the total number of sume on a 10 day trailing basis. How can this be done using either the available predefined indicators or the real code for a new one. Thanks
Topic: Locked Symbol and Market Indicator

I created a condition and then a new market indicator based on this condition.  It was evaluating the condition correctly and plotting the new market indicator in a new pane.  When I changed the active symbol to another stock or index, there was no change in my market indicator as I would expect.  However, when I locked the active symbol to this chart, the market indicator refreshed and is no longer working.  Can you please give me some idea on what I have done incorrectly.  Thanks

Topic: Todays Net and % will not display on Chart Toolbar

I am trying to get Todays Net & % to display in the upper right corner of the chart toolbar.  I have selected it properly and the check box indicates that it should be visible.  However, it does not display.  If I substitute another indicator, it is visible.  It is only with Todays Net & % and RT Status that do not appear to display.  What am I doing incorrectly.
