Topic: V16 GOLD account is showing 15-minutes delayed quotes/charts
Posted: Tuesday, September 22, 2015 4:07:14 PM

QUOTE (Bruce_L)

While it may be added later, the current build of TC2000 version 16 does not have any option to enable BATS data. It is either 15 minute delayed or full RT.

Thanks Bruce. Hopefully this will be added soon for GOLD users.

Topic: V16 GOLD account is showing 15-minutes delayed quotes/charts

With V16, the charts are only showing data up to 15-minutes before the current time (e.g. clock on the actual chart says 2:30:00PM while the current time is 2:45:00PM.)

With v12.5, on the same workstation, the charts are up to the current second with BATS real-time data.

Is there a setting somewhere on V16 you have to enable for BATS real-time data?

Thanks.

Topic: Remember "Ruler - Manual" position after switching Layout Tab
Posted: Wednesday, March 11, 2015 11:10:41 AM

Maybe I'm missing a checkbox or something, or perhaps this is a bug:

1. Enable Ruler on a chart in Layout Tab #1.

2. Set position to "Manual" (e.g. manually position the ruler at the highest point in the chart, say the 52w high so I can see what % below the 52w high the current price is)

3. Switch to another layout tab, e.g. Layout Tab #2

4. Return back to Layout Tab #1

Result: Ruler's manual position has been reset to exactly the vertical center of the chart (not helpful at all).

Expected behaviour: The Ruler would have remembered the manual position at the 52w high between layout tab switches.

Is this a bug or am I missing something?

Topic: ChiOsc anyone?

Lovial, the ChiOsc(3,10) formula can be found here:

I've spot checked it and the ChiOsc values appear to match up with the values from other platforms.
