How do I get an explanation for T2117 New High/New Low ratio? I've tried Worden help but my search fails to even bring up the T2 indicator.

I noticed that I have a TC folder in my documents folder with two sub-folders Data and User. The Data folder has 4 files and one sub-folder. The name of the sub-folder is OSy and it has a lot of numbered files from 0 to 994. What are these files and do I need them? 

The volume for SP-500 yesterday (11/29) is 100 on my chart. Can this be corrected?

The volume for the SP-500 for 12/26/17 seems extremely low at 100.0 compared with volume on the days preceding and following after. The volume was a lot higher when I queried Yahoo finance historical records on the SP-500. Could you check this volume figure?

I don't understand the new version (16) drawing tools. When I create a drawing on a daily chart it appears on my weekly and monthly charts. I used to be able to create a drawing board for each time frame. Is there a tutorial to explain how the drawing tool works?

How do I get my software to update to the latest version when I start the program. Upon clicking on the my TC2000 icon it spends about 45 seconds "downloading program data." Then the sign-in screen appears and then it starts "loading settings." Then it opens with the 16.0.5765.24948 version. I know the latest version is 16.0.5819.29547.
