yes, I got error when I used 5 for short and 34 for long and 5 for MACD. when I change MACD to anything other than 5, It works. very strange.

I have tried the webtool and I noticed the formula is for simple MACD. I am not sure what MACD period means? Is it for moving average of MACD? I would like the formula for expotential MACD(5,34,5). Thank

Hi,
I remember I came cross a webtool to generate weekly exp MACD when it cross signal or zero line. I can't find it any more. I would like to have help with weekly exp MACD(5,34,5) when it cross above signal line but below zero and MACD close to zero. Thanks

After I plug all conditions Sir patient trader descripted into a percent true indicator, I quickly realized the system has very few buy signals and too many exit signals. Back to the priciple: high winning percentage, low profit from each trade.
