Topic: need help with a formula for high RS vs S&P500

I am a relatively new Telechart user who would like to create an easy scan that identifies stocks with very high relative strength ratings.  I assume I would need to create a PCF for RS--say, vs the S&P 500, and then create an easy scan where RS exceeds a set number, say 95.  Can you help me?

this is a useful conversation. does anyone have an opinion re E-Trade?
