Hi:

I have purchased a new laptop and it came with windows vista business edition. I installed telechart 2005 on it. There was no problem with installation or importing other data from my previous telechart installation.

When I update te price data it takes too long. Its taking me almost 2 hours to update daily prices.

Please help.

Topic: Problem with Login
Posted: Wednesday, December 27, 2006 6:57:03 AM
Hi,
I am using telecharts on two different computers. Today I changed one of my computers and installed telecharts on new one. I have also removed the telecharts from my old computer (that I am not using anymore for telecharts). Although it started working on the new one but one of my old computers it stopped working. Error message is "You have logged in from too many computers". To overcome this problem I have also bought a new telcharts subscription today, but it says username and password not correct. Although the transaction was confirmed and the I also have a print of the receipt and a copy is in my inbox.

Please help me fix this problem ASAP.

Thanks,
