QUOTE (madrugada)
Craig - Yes, using the Tradeslider. The manual suggests OCO orders can work for OptionsExpress, but I use Interactive Brokers. The order ticket for IB which appears from the Trade Slider does not appear to provide the opportunity for OCO orders.

I don't get it. Are you guys going to answer this question or just ignore it?

I generate set-ups from daily charts and trade-triggers on intra-day charts. For example, I might enter a long trade when the price of one of the set-ups moves above the high of the previous day with a stop-loss below the low of that day. Is there any way I can use the backscanner to backtest those intra-day entry and exit rules?
Topic: referencing a chart indicator in real code
Posted: Friday, February 6, 2009 9:49:20 PM

I am attempting to reference an indicator on my chart (a volume moving average) in my RealCode. When I attempt to save the RealCode, I get the following error message:

"This code references indicators or rules on a chart. To save this code, you must save the chart instead"

I do not know what this means. Can you help?

is it possible to enter these - i'd like to have a stop-loss and take-profit limit orders working on a current open position
