Topic: Sir Geologists pcf on buy signal (Tab d)- From 4/13/07 Worden report

I was hoping to obtain some clarification in regards to the formula indicated for tab d. Each attempt I have made, has yeilded a syntax error. I am unsure at this point if I am misunderstanding the the instructions provided or am simply typing out something incorrectly. Thank you in advance.
