Hey Bruce,
Thanks for the info and forwarding of the data correction request.
The data department has already made the correction and now I have matching results across all 3 program's charts.
fyi, One of my other programs lets me set the Avg and DX period separately while the other uses one setting for all. Since the settings I was backtesting were the standart 14 day periods its not an issue to get them all lined up to chart the same.

I was using TC2000 v.7 to double check DI+/DI- crossovers used in another backtesting program I have and found some large discrepancies in late 2009 and early 2010 for SPY.
1. Does TC2000 v.7 use Wilder smoothing for its calculations of DI+,DI-, and ADX?
2. It looks like the historical data for 12/14/2009 is incorrect for SPY, as my chart in TC2000 v.7 shows 105.48 as the Low that date, instead of 111.13, if so can you guys correct it.
Thanks,
Ed S.

my export to text in TC200 version 7 doesn't seem to work on my Windows 7 machine, is this expected behavior or only a problem on my PC requiring me to contact Worden support?
It comes up with the export box and simultaneously with Export is complete box and no file is created.
Thanks,
Ed S.

Am I mistaken, or should STX be in the SP 500 watchlist and ALEX not be in it?
Thanks,

Bruce,
In your next to last sentence in paragraph 1, did you mean to say Oct 7th instead of Oct 6th? I'm asking, as Oct 6th is not the most recent data available for the rest of the symbols based on your first sentence of paragraph 1.
Thanks for the reply,
Ed S.

I have a watchlist with T2108,SP500,USO,SQQQ,TQQQ,MG132 and I like to hit the period key twice so I can see the rectangle with the Price and other indicator values. I noticed today that when I spacebar down thru my watchlist the date does not stay constant.
For example, if I'm on T2108 Oct 4th, and timeframe set to daily and spacebar down to USO it switches to Oct 5th, and further spacebarring to SP-500 switches to Sep 6th, while MG132, SQQQ and TQQQ are Sep 5.
Is it supposed to work that way?
Thanks,
Ed S.

Can anyone explain the reason for the difference I'm seeing in SPY in TC 2007 for sep 16, 2010, with open at 112.15 hi 112.53 lo 111.76 close 112.46, whereas TD Ameritrade, and Yahoo show open at 112.73 hi 113.12 lo112.35 and close at 113.05. I've checked other dates and there seems to be a recurring difference of ~50 cents. Disconcerting when it appears to be showing daily closes on the wrong side of option strike prices.
Thanks,
Ed S.

Bruce,Thanks for the suggestion, it worked fine. I've been with Blocks since the very beginning, so it came back pretty quickly.Ed S.

I used the realcode example from page 39 of the RealCode Reference Manual to import some daily numbers by calendar dates. All of the "imported" data plots correctly by the correct date, but when I use the Timeframe picker to set the chart to weekly(or any other timeframe) my realcode indicator plot stays as a daily plot and all other plots change to weekly. How can I modify it so it changes per the selected timeframe picked? Thanks,Ed S.

StockGuy,Thanks for the reply, I realized later that the second half of my message, I was thinking Lows and not Highs, and probably sounded like a crazy person. Sorry about that.Ed S.
