Request help in constructing the following 2 PCF's noted
in Peter Worden's Stock Selection Simplifed as being in the
CD. I couldn't find information and couldn't find adequate
resources in the PCF tool:

Would greatly appreciate if you would direct to appropriate
note which would eliminate a great deal of anxiety, etc.

MS above its 22 day avg - simple

Daily MACD (bullish last 5 days)
