Looking for a pattern formula where the RSI13 is less than 26 and 20 days later the price  of the stock  increases  over 4%

hello

I  have a MACD (12,26,9)  in the chart; the line is above the EMA 9

I would like to add on the column the diffecre betwen the two lines

for example macd 12,26 -EMA 9 =0.10  

can someone help me with the formula?

i want to  have  how many points between the two lines

Since after the TC2000 version 12; the new News System, Live Briefs by MT Newswires , is not great.

My E-trade came out with some great news and could not see it on the TC2000
