The forex data is down again. Quite disappointed how many times it has happened this month alone.
I found out it is my own network issue. You may close this topic

Anybody else has this problem for the last 1 week? this problem is happening on both my desktop and laptop for both version 12 and 16.
Hi Bruce,
Does TC2000 supports Windows 7 starter or minimumly a home premium edition.
There seems to be Build V16.0.5826.28300 however after update my version is still 16.0.5765.24948
How do i get the latest version?
Btw this also happened over the Xmas holiday
Hi Bruce,
Can you help with the problem of the forex data continue running over the new year holiday. Its really mess up all the charts.
Hi Bcochrane, i dont think tats the case. Take a look at 15min charts, as you can see the moving averages are still moving towards a centre point despite the value being constant. If the xmas day data is being ignored by TC2000. It should remain at the same value in a straight line.

i understand the chart is still running over the Xmas holiday for forex. is this the norm when there are no trades on xmas. wont this affect the charts since they are all based on averaging and doesnt seem logical to take this into account?
