Topic: buy what i like oct 6 report
Posted: Wednesday, October 14, 2009 2:33:11 PM
How do I create a scan like the Oct 6 report?
Stocks up more than twice their ave daily range of the last 90 days on an increase in volume of at least 50% over their 90 day avg volume?

Also, a scan for stocks with the 20 period ex moving average has a positive slope over the last 5 days?

Thanks

Topic: How to set up a percent true scan.
Posted: Tuesday, May 20, 2008 10:48:05 AM
I am a new Platinum User. I am trying to set up two scans I saw in the worden report. One scan was from the notes of March 7, 2008. I set it up like in the notes, but can't figure out how to sort the SP 500 for percent true. (i set up a chart for 9 day (is this an "F" tab), then press 'I" to ope chart template editor, click on "percetn true" and in the boolean formulat put in C>c1 and c1<c2 and C2>c3. But I can't do the next step- sorting the SP 500 each day for "percent true""

Also, I would like to know how to set up the scan and then sort for percent true as on the April 16,2008 note.

Thanks.
