I second this. Morningstar fundamental data is useless.

Thanks Bruce.How can I save a table tool ?
|
I came across this shared layout named "Weird table example" and would like to know how a table can be created on a separate pane. Any help is appreciated.
|
It gives compile error "return statement in a sub or set cannot return a value"
Anyway, If price count is set to 11 for filter. I would argue that it is semantically wrong. It is like saying "only 11 bars is available."

Worden staff,
comments? This should be easily verifiable.
|
Seems like the price count is always 11 in filter. I'm not sure if this is just me. It seems to be true for all stocks. I did a trivial condition and put a debug log like this
Me.log.info("Plot count " + price.Count.tostring())
I am using EOD data and did a wipe out on the data earlier and reinstall it back. I am able to draw the condition on the chart though.

I am looking at the sub industry list but i found that the sub industry symbol is also in the list! Isnt only the stock symbol should be in the list?
|
i would like to exclude some symbols in a symbol series. I would guess the list scan can do this. However, I see that the input for list scan takes Truefalse(symbol) which i am not sure how to use.

In blocks,
I am trying to show how many items that meets certain condition in a column. I do not find any block diagram that does this, instead what I do now is I use list count % true and set a trivial condition. However, isnt this is rather unnecessary and inefficient?
|
Thanks I am able to get it to work by resetting the program. However, I am a little disappointed because many numbers on the news count indicator does not seem to match what I see on the feeds?
