I'm currently using an EasyScan on All Stocks and would like to EXCLUDE from it all closed-end-funds. Currently I use a sub-list for this purpose but it takes a long time every morning. How can I filter directly the EasyScan to include All Stocks except Closed-End_Funds???

If you follow the steps I outline at the following link, you'll be able to get what you want.

A little up front work involved, but once it's done, you won't have to do the sub-list thing every morning.

Thanks Doug - Very helpful - I guess I will have to re-do this list every once in a while as stocks maybe added or deleted from the general database. Better some legwork once a month than every day Thanks a lot.
