When creating an EasyScan, and using volatility as a condition, how is the ranking valued? Is 99 the least volatile? Is 1 the most Volatile? Sorry but I am new to the software. Thanks for any response.

A percentile ranking of 99 means that the stock is more volatile than 99% of the rest of the market.
99 = high relative volatility 1 = low relative volatility

Thanks Doug.
I guess the question then is; Is 99 always the worst ranking and 1 always the best irregardless of the condtion?
Thanks

It is percentile ranking....
For volatility:
A rank of 99 means the stock is in the 99 percentile or, in other words, it has a higher volatility than 99% of the other stocks.
A rank of 50 means the stock is in the 50 percentile or, in other words, it has a higher volatility than 50% of the other stocks.
A rank of 2 means the stock is in the 2 percentile or, in other words, it has a higher volatility than 2% of the other stocks.
Works the same for Price Per Share
A rank of 99 means the stock is in the 99 percentile or, in other words, it has a higher Price Per Share than 99% of the other stocks.
A rank of 50 means the stock is in the 50 percentile or, in other words, it has a higher Price Per Share than 50% of the other stocks.
A rank of 2 means the stock is in the 2 percentile or, in other words, it has a higher Price Per Share than 2% of the other stocks.
Does that help?
