When I have more than 12 charts open, everything becomes slow and choppy. Do I need a better computer? Is this a server/cloud issue? I don't have issues with other charting programs, but love tc2000.

 

I am using version 19.

 

Desktop specs:

i5 7400

16gb ram

Gtx 1060

Most of the calculations happen on our servers, so I doubt a better computer is going to give you a dramatic performance increase. You may want to contact technical support to see if they can figure out if there is anything specifc causing the slowdown in your layout beyond the number of charts which are open.
