is there a way to change the color of the prices on the scale on the right side of the chart ?

The price scale as going to match the color of the price indicator. So you could change the price color, but there isn't a way to make the price scale color different than the main price color.
Note that there is kind of a workaround to this if you have Color Based On set to either Net Change or Open vs Close for price.
If you change the style to One Color, you can set the color to whatever you want to use for the price scale and title of the indicator at the top of the pane (probably symbol and time frame). Then you can switch the Color Based On setting back to Net Change or Open vs Close.
You could even just plot a single color for price that is different than the color used in the One Color setting by switching to Net Change or Open vs Close and setting the Up Bars and Down Bars colors to be the same.
