Can you please give me the scan for the stocks moving up to Major MA like 200 and failing

The intention is to short the stock when it approaches resistance and fails to hold.

also if you  have any other scans for failure pattern to short them.

So do you mean something like the high of the bar is at above the moving average but price is currently below the moving average?

C < AVGC200 AND AVGC200 <= H

Or maybe sometihng like price closed at or above the moving average during the last bar but but price is below it now?

C < AVGC200 AND AVGC200.1 <= C1

I  needed a scan tht the stocks  rise to the 200 SMA  ( 200 SMA is above) the stocks hit resistance of 200 sma and then fails and heads south.
