In Windows, you can add multiple timezones to the taskbar, one of which can be in the trading timezone of your choice. I know this isn't "adding a market clock" to TC2000, but it tells time and is a clock on your computer.

you can open in the browser and minimize the window to fit in your screen
onlineclocks.net does have seconds and diffrent time zone.
but yah, it would be nice if tc2000 does have it too so there is no need to open other appss and modify the window

Market time of last chart timeframe bar is displayed on the date scale line under the price panel or at bottom of chart.
