Do you want the entire candle to be engulfed?

TrueInRow(L1 < L AND H < H1, 2) = 2

Or just the body?

TrueInRow(LEAST(O1, C1) < LEAST(O, C) AND GREATEST(O, C) < GREATEST(O1, C1), 2) = 2
