I am hoping someone can help me with scan.
I am looking for on 30 minute chart where a 3 period ExpMA crosses up a 50 period ExpMA today where the 3 period ExpMA has been under the 50 period ExpMA for at least 5 days and Wilders RSI Today is near 60.
If it's possible and someone has something similar they can share I am very thankful.

There really isn't a way to check for the EMA3 crossing up EMA50 on a 30 minute chart today. Nor is there a way to check that it was below during the previous 5 days if you mean calendar days.
What you can do is write a formula for the crossup during the current bar with price having been below for at least the previous 65 bars (about 5 trading days in a 30 minute time frame. This is a relatively short formula in TC2000 v17 or the TC2000 v18 beta.
XAVGC3 > XAVGC50 AND TrueInRow(XAVGC3.1 < XAVGC50.1, 65) = 65
But is quite a bit longer in earlier versions of TC2000.

You could start checking for being below 13 bars ago instead of 1 bar ago.
XAVGC3 > XAVGC50 AND TrueInRow(XAVGC3.13 < XAVGC50.13, 65) = 65
But that still wouldn't be "today", just within the last thirteen 30 minute bars (about a day).
As far as the Wilder's RSI today being near 60, what are the exact settings? How near is near? The following checks for the 14 period Wilder's RSI being within 5 of 60 in either direction in TC2000 v17 or the TC2000 v18 beta.
ABS(WRSI14 - 60) <= 5
But this would be a lot longer in earlier versions of TC2000.
