Thx Bruce,  I know this is a feature in TOS and it's based on options data but I too have no idea how it's calculated.

You can find the calculations using a google search, but there is no way to reference implied volatility (or any other fundamental or options based data) in a Personal Criteria Formula in order to create the calculation on your own.
