Sometimes while walking through my list of stocks, I see a popup message about the system saving a copy. (apparently or the chart).

What setting is casuing this - how can I stop it

The only option which comes to mind would be under Tools | System Settings | Chart Templates. There are Save Options which allow you to set how and when any changes to the chart templates are saved.

Then again, I don't ever recall seeing this behavior in my own copy of TC2000 v7.
