How do I copy the results of a scan to a new watchlist, or add the results to an existing watchlist?  It should be simple, but I haven't  found how-to references.  Thanks for your help.

Right click in the results list and select "Copy All Symbols to..." You can copy straight to an existing watchlist or create a new one on the fly. You can also copy to clipboard if you want to copy them to another program like Excel.
