Hello,
I'm noticing that some of the MorningStar fundamentals sometimes show wacky values. Either I'm not understanding how they are calculated, or there is something wrong with the data. As an example, if you look at ticker GRBK (Green Brick Partners), revenue change last qtr shows over 600,000 percent for most recent reported quarter. I'm assuming it is comparing Dec 2015 with Dec 2016, in which case (according to google finance) the values should be approx. 246M against 85.5M, or about 288%. Pretty high, but a few orders of magnitude off from the 600,000% reported by TC. What is going on with these numbers?

Morningstar is showing the last reported quarterly revenue of 75M as of Sep 2015. Compared to the same quarter a year before Sep 2014 of $11K, thats over 600,000%. I'll query Morningstar to find out why they are not showing the Dec 2015 revenue number yet.
