How do I transfer a TC2000 watchlist to STOCKFINDER

You seem to use both v7 and v12.

The way I would transfer a WatchList from TC2000 v7 into StockFinder is select that WatchList as the Active WatchList in TC2000 v7. Then choose TeleChart - Active List or TeleChart - Sorted Active List as the WatchList in StockFinder.

You can just use this method on its own to access the WatchList or you can highlight all of the symbols in the WatchList and then copy them to another list.

In TC2000 v12, I would just right-click on one of the symbols in the WatchList and select Copy All Symbols to... | Copy to Clipboard. You can then select File | New WatchList in StockFInder. After you give the new WL a name, you can right-click in the WatchList in StockFinder and select Paste.

When I right click the new watchlist in stockfinder there is no paste on menu ?

Make sure you have a Personal WatchList selected. You can't paste into a System WatchList.

There is no way to backup your settings in TC2000 and then restore them into StockFinder.

If you are using TC2000 v12 then you can just install TC2000 v12 on the computer with StockFinder and your existing TC2000 v12 settings should be available in TC2000 v12.

If you are using TC2000 v7 you would need to install TC2000 v7 on the computer with StockFinder as well, but you would also need to backup your settings on your existing installation and them restore them to TC2000 v7 on the computer with StockFinder.
