Is there a way to scan for stocks that todays volume is greater than its float?

You can add Volume and Latest Float indicators to the chart in the same pane and scale.

Then you can click on Volume and select Create Scan Condition to create the desired condition. You would want to choose Above Latest Float in the Volume vs Latest Float section of the Cnodition drop-down menu in the Create Scan Condition menu.
