Hello Bruce
I'm getting nowhere trying to load the F keys with charts in v12.4. I know F10 is reserved by Silverlight. But the other keys are not responding in the same way Julie Ormod illustrates loading F keys in her Adding Charts to Layouts video tutorial. Any suggestions? Regards, Gian.

I've just played with it and it is definitely working on my computer. As long as I have an F key assigned to a particular chart as described in the video and TC2000 version 12.4 has focus (is the most recently clicked on program on the computer), selecting that F key changes to that chart.
You may have some other program on your computer intercepting the F keys even when that program doesn't have focus, but I really could not hazard a guess as to what that program might be.
You may want to try contacting technical support.

Thanks for the speedy reply. Quess what. Could it be that my browser (ie 11)is intercepting the F keys? I'm using v12.4 throught ie 11, and not off my desktop. Regards, Gian.

It seems possible, but I could not say for sure. You could try installing the program instead of running it in the browser or you could just try running the program in a different browser to test it out.

Thanks for all your help today. I'll be installing v12.4 after the market closes. If you dont hear from me again, that'll mean it was indeed the browser intercepting the F keys. Your patience and expertise is always appreciated You're the best! Kind regards, Gian.
