Can anyone tell me where to find the definitions of the default watchlist columns? For example, is the %change column for ytd, last week etc?

There is a list of the fundamentals.

Morningstar Fundamentals

But there really isn't a list with the details of the other WatchList Columns which can be added.

In some cases, you can add the item as an EasyScan Condition in the Edit tab of an EasyScan and then use View Conditions on Chart to determine the details of an individual item.
