The Tc2000v12.4 program cannot be downloaded at the Houston, Tx, public wifi system. Nobody therefore uses T2000 in group meetings anymore. The download stops with the "connecting" message.

ALL (!!!) other programs and Internet sites can be downloaded, just notTc2000.com or Freestockcharts.com.

We need some resolution between the TC2000.com downloading language and the  public Houston wifi system.

If the security settings on Houston, Texas public wi-fi system do not allow for a full connection to our servers, there is not a lot I can suggest to you to get it working.

The following article outlines what sorts of security adjustments need to be made to connect TC2000.

Firewall Settings v12.4 (Mac/PC)

But if you don't control the firewall, there isn't going to be a way for you to adjust those settings.
