I would like to to a scan for stocks with the 20 ema crossing the 50 ema on the hourly time frame. Is this something that is possible?
I can do for daily, but interested in hourly.

The formulas would be exactly the same in TC2000 version 12.4 for daily and hourly charts. There is a time frame setting available when you create or edit the Condition Formula and there are time frame settings for individual WatchList Columns and EasyScan Conditions.
Your formula checks for the 20 being below the 50 2 bars ago but above it now with price also above the 20 now. As is, you would probably get an error message because of the mismatched parentheses. Your formula actually doesn't need any parentheses at all.
That said, you would need to have TC2000 Platinum to use anything shorter than a daily time frame as a WatchList Column or EasyScan Condition.
I have attached a PDF comparing TC2000 Platinum to TC2000 Gold.
