Version 12.4.5 Platinum. Can't access TC2000. Multiple attempts to restart unsucessful. Sugesstions? Thx.  8:11PM 4/18/14 EDT

Notice - Friday, April 18th:
Starting at 5pm ET on Friday, April 18th, we will be conducting regularly scheduled maintenance and upgrades on our servers. There may be intermittent outages in TC2000 from 5pm ET Friday through the end of the day on Saturday.
